very basic explanation
This book gives a very basic explanation of Keto and a lot of great, easy prep recipes! We did the first weeks meal plan and figured out what we did and did not like and easily exchanged our dislikes for other recipes in the book. There are some typos regarding the amount of ingredients listed in the weekly shopping list, so be sure to verify the list against the recipes. Prep fat bombs, cookies, and lunches over the weekend.

I love all the information
It was too confusing and hard. Until I got this book. I love all the information. It’s a keto bible for me and I am so thankful for it. I have a lot of digestive issues bad enough that I’ve had 2 surgeries and was still having issues. 2 days following the classic keto diet in this book and I feel the best I have felt in my life. The recipes are not difficult and I don’t like to cook. Takes me about a hour a recipe.

The ketogenic diet remains the popular today, moreover, in my opinion, this is the best diet that can preserve health for many years. I bought this cookbook because I was looking for a book where there are about recipes so that I can easily make breakfast or dinner, or dessert. There are great recipes here, and I cooked only two dishes: chicken in sauce and cheesecake. The cooking time corresponds to the instructions in the manual and both dishes are to my family's taste.

Explains the science and biology behind Ketogenic
This book is my “go-to” for current information on health and on living a well-formulated ketogenic lifestyle. There’s certainly a lot of conflicting ideas out there about how to eat and live “keto”, but Britt Wells has a proven track record in working with many clients over the years and they do their research—and stay current!
Some of the information is technical, but Writer does a really good job of making it understandable for us less tech-minded folks.

Simple and easy to understand and follow the ketogenic diet. I have been doing a lot of research on different diets and this was a great listen with good info. I may be starting a Keto diet soon and this is a great guide for beginners.
