One of the better fasting books I have listened.

One of the better fasting books I have listened to. I’m impressed with how much work went into these books. Easy to follow recipes with clear instructions. It’s clear that the author knows the subject well. I have been following a 5:2 modified fast and have already lost 10 lbs in a month. Anyone who struggled with weight loss or fasting, should listen to this.

I have done intermittent fasting.

I have done intermittent fasting from time to time in the past but have always had mixed results. This guidebook explained why I was wasn’t getting the results I wanted. Anyone who wants to improve their health.

I've been overweight most of my life and weight loss has been a struggle. However, after reading this book I can finally see some light at the end of the tunnel. The author has done a great job showing the benefits of fasting and offers easy ways to implement it into your life. After just three months I have lost approximately 25 lb and my cholesterol and blood pressure are lower now. Anyone who wants to improve their health should do themselves a favor and read this book.

I feel like I have more energy.

My friend recommended this book to me and I can see why now. It's packed with lots of handy tips and advice for listeners. After following a 5:2 fasting schedule for two months now my blood pressure is lower and I feel like I have more energy during the day.

The narrator was engaging.

After reading all the great reviews I decided to listen to this audiobook. I'm glad I did! It took about 5 hours to finish but didn't feel that long. The narrator was engaging and the material was interesting. I like that it comes with a PDF of the recipes and meal plans.
