Disappointed

The information presented here about the Keto eating plan & the surrounding myths is presented in a way that is very easy to understand - & that's WONDERFUL! What I'm disappointed about is that there is no supplemental PDF to view the meal plans or recipes and that they are simply read to you (if you bought the audio version like me). I assumed that the reviews covered the audio version, there was no mention of not being able to access that crucial information. I feel duped.
