Great for Newbies
This was tons à content and for à 101 I came away realising that this is a long journey that requires lots of investment but it's very rewarding.
I'd recommend for newbies and it should serve as a great reference for more seasoned leaders.
There's overlap on some topics so you'll find he repeats some stories but this is a good thing as it's helps you remember.
I'm pleased with this purchase.
