The BEST book for honest and clear nutritional information

I have this book as a paperback too, but decided to listen to it first as it is packed with so much quality information and honest truth about the industries that try to rule the way we think, eat and medicate ourselves.

Highly recommend to anyone who has any doubts about while plant based diet or is keen on learning about it more. Big thanks to the authors!

Life changing in a great way.

This is such an eye-opening book of amazing information, about how simply changing what you eat can improve your health. It was shocking how much those industries of meat, dairy, pharmaceutical, and supplements conspire to lie to us so that they can line their own pockets and ignore the suffering they inflict on the masses.
The world needs to read this book.

Outstanding amount and quality of scientific info

This book will provide a great knowledge and health info to anyone who dares to read and try to understand it. I strongly recommended that one should also read Whole as it gives a deeper understanding on how science works, and although it will not give you more info on nutrition and whole food, it will make you understand why is it so difficult for the world (including ourselves/myself) the simplicity of the wholistic approach towards general health.

The book that may change the way you eat

This is an interesting book that forces to rethink food we eat everyday. and I wonder if could help to prolong life of my beloved father who passed away because of diabetes.I already know that oily, fat, fried, salty and fast food is unhealthy for my stomach, now I will try to eat whole food plant based (WFPB).

Eat like your life depends on it

This book is a open minder. It dose not cost you nothing (you pay for your food anyway) to try the WFPB diet.
Hope more peoples see that we need to change what we put in our mouth to improve our life and loved ones lifes
