An Iranian defector shows his true colours and returns to his own country—taking a vital piece of intelligence equipment with him. The race is on to capture the turncoat and get the equipment back. Only one man is up for the job—American super-spy Richard Yokely.

In the past Yokely served in the Army, the CIA, DEA and the NSA. But now he works for Grey Fox, the super secret agency that takes care of business that the White House would prefer stays hidden. And with a possible World War Three approaching, Yokely is America's only hope. The chase is on.

The story was ok but spoilt by the narration, I don't really know how or why persevered with it to the end except that I like the character of Richard Yokely but the narrator obviously either had never listened to the first one narrated by Paul Thornley or any of the Spider Sheperd books that Richard appears in. Narrator also dies terrible accents but is mostly monotone and dreary.
A shame because I was looking forward to it.

Ruined by poor narration, sounded like an western and SAS men don't speak with public school accents.

Ok, but not Leathers usual standard

Only thing I could dislike was Paul Thornley was not the Narrator. Richard Yokley didn't come across the same as per the Spider shepherd Audible books.

Paul Thornley should have been the Narrator!!

I have listened to the Dan Shepard series plus several other spin offs including the first Richard yokley book. You really get to know the voices etc done by paul so when they have changed to Jeff for this book all I could think was this was a reacher book it has thrown me off totally.

Should have been paul thornley
