Excellent! Absolutely soul touching! Soul inspiring
I really enjoyed the audiobook from beginning to end. I will keep on enjoying it because it's an audiobook that takes a long time to absorb. It's deep metaphoric meaning only touched the surface and each time it will drawer you deeper. A very good audio because it is mostly practical. Shines light on a very difficult topic!

Only you can read it / listen to it to determine how it resonates for you - but I’d recommend you give it a try. I found this book to be immensely brilliant - thoughtful, insightful and so illuminating. Anodea explains the Chakra System brilliant!
Anodea Judith explains the Chakra System brilliantly. She relates it to who we are, how we become who we are and how to re-balance who we are. This book brings a clarity to the Chakra's that make perfect sense. I strongly recommend this book.

More Than Chakras
This audiobook is so much more than the study & understanding of chakras. It is very much a personal development and self-help book exploring childhood psychology and much more. Well read by the author with music, guided meditation and including pdf reference material. A great introduction to chakras for beginners and yet a deep psychological insight into balancing & healing for seasoned chakra professionals!

Fantastic, more than just basics which I’ve found difficult to find
Excellently metaphoric and accessible, deep and practical. I’ve read several books on chakra systems but I have a real love for the way and depth Anodea goes to in this. Recommend for any and all heaters, those who wish to incorporate the subtle energy body into their practice and for anyone who is skeptical
