I start listening to Jescie Hall's books and at the beginning I don't feel I'm going to like it as much as the last one and then I'm suddenly sobbing my heart out and loving the characters, and this one was no different, on to the next one!

If Teddy Hamilton is narrating, I’m always game, and this book proved why. The Canary Cowards is dark, unhinged, and absolutely brimming with spice. The story darts from one intense scenario to the next, which sometimes feels chaotic, but it kept me hooked all the way through. The characters are messy, morally grey, and full of fire. And that ending? I was shook.
