Instant sleep aid

It has wake up suggestions however, so i think it’s most useful for stress relief and creating mental focus; rather than as an instant sleep aid.

Asleep in 5 minutes

I have also used it for my 7-year-old grandson; he used to complain "I just can't go to sleep!" But now I just play it on every night and he is asleep in 5 minutes.

It’s pretty effective
