Excellent!

Great and informative!

I enjoyed the book. As a real estate broker, I am always looking to gain new insights and tools that I can use while negotiating for my clients. I picked up a number of items that you too can use and put right into your daily transactions. Listening to the audio was pleasantly narrorated. Some items I already knew. But hearing them again made keeping these strategies fresh and made for usefulness in transactions. I highly recommend!

Very comprehensive negotiating tactics book

I'm thinking of going into the real estate business and I learned a lot of negotiating skills from this audio book. Hopefu!ly, I will be able to apply all the information and strategies I learned.

Invaluable

Truly Invaluable in fact...

Although I was recently eaten alive at the negotiating table while selling our family home, this book has healed my wounds. Although hard won, the learning that occurs as a result of error is extremely powerful if served with a healthy portion of “never again” for dessert. This book laid bare all of the strategies that allowed our buyer to feast on our inexperience. And as a result I now know what happened, how to prevent it in the future, and how to conduct myself to ensure everyone I negotiate with in the future will understand that I will not be their main course. I highly recommend this book to everyone, regardless of their interest in real estate. Bravo, and thank you to everyone who worked to produce this piece.
