Utterly dreadful narration!

Truly fascinating book, mard by utterly dreadful narration. My Google translate would have done a better job and sounded more human. Come on Audible, when are you going to start checking the the narration quality before you release books?

The darkest channeling I've read yet...

Very interesting and thought provoking. An important part of esoteric history... but be warned this is a read only for those seeking the darkness, or for those who have enough light and understanding to listen comfortably in search of knowledge and perspective.

Waste of time

This book is so dark. I didn't enjoy listening to it at all. Aleister Crowley has issues.

The last rule of the law is don’t discuss the rule of law

I am on a journey of spiritual learning and growth. I came across a group of Thelemites and was interested in learning more. While I found some very interesting and helpful items in this comparatively short scripture, there were also parts that I fundamentally disagree with on the surface. Be this as it may, I will withhold my final judgement until I can learn more of the deeper hidden meanings. As a stand-alone work I would not suggest this book. As a part of a larger story along with other learning or deeper dive I’m still hopeful that it will blossom like a late flower.

Fantasy Rubbish from a drug-addicted pervert

Crowley was nuts, plain and simple. Derivative drivel from literary amalgamations, the “Law” is a prime example of what a Cambridge education infused into an intelligent but mentally-diseased derelict produces: a sophisticated expression of perversity and infantile rebellion. I’m not saying you shouldn’t listen to the book; however, once you do, and you’re disappointed, then blame the Hawk-headed evil creature.

Nothing Resonated

I listened to it one time and there was nothing that actually got my attention even listening to it passively. I may listen once more but it could have been the way that it is read that makes the difference.

strange and enigmatic

Difficult to understand, I feel as if prior knowledge to Crowley's other works or the occult is neccessary to make sense of this book.

Awesome

I very much enjoy reading books that are not the normal and those that deviate from the mundane. This book is extremely fascinating.

extremely overrated, mostly giberish.

Narrator sounds like he is trying to tell a halloween tale I struggled to get through this. I may have enjoyed it if I read the book myself.

Boring Reading but Clear

Ridiculously funny introduction for a book of terrible poetry. The reading has nothing to it.
