Summary

Fans of historical romance, military history, soap operas, conspiracy theories, spy novels, swashbuckling adventure, or political intrigue will find it all here in The Book of Judges! But from a broader and deeper perspective, Judges is essentially the story of a deteriorating nation - and it serves as a sober warning against deterioration in our own nation and in our own personal lives.

Unfinished Book Error

The book of Judges did not complete, it stopped at chapter 9 dealing with Samson and would not go any further

They weren’t “judges” as we think of Today

As usual, Chuck Missler gives a very reliable, informative and interesting commentary on this book, And he always provides those extra tidbits (the religion and politics of that time period) that make the story ever so much more intriguing! This Pastor makes every book in the Bible much more interesting In his commentaries and definitely puts that mustard seed in your soul, to know more about our Savior.

Bad Audio

The book itself was amazing but spent a lot of time rewinding and straining to hear and understand what was being said. Do not get this Audible book until they fix the audio. I wasted my money for you, don’t waste yours. The sound was muffled and very low (even though I had the volume all the way up). It’s a shame because it is a great book to study and he threw in the book of Ruth at the end. So don’t buy the book of Ruth either. That was the only part of the audio that was fine. If you buy it use headphones but it will still sound muffled.
