I really wanted to like this book but for me it was a bit too much of a slow burner and I couldn't get past when the female ready was doing the mmc's voice. It really grated me in the end and I had to stop listening

Really enjoyed went in with no expectations but well written liked the character's and may even have to pay for the second one as I don't think I can wait for my credit!

The auction didn't start untill the end of chapter 8! The introduction of the characters lasted a whole hour! Especially the introduction of Ace was boring, lots of names of business relations soon to be forgotten.
The lack of resistance from the female lead, to be auctioned off was disturbing! She didn't even ask the staff if the deal was for life or just a date night!
The first sexual encounter between the MC didn't come untill chapter 16.
Im sorry but it was to simple and boring to finish

This was a good story but very frustrating to find that’s it’s relatively short and the folk books in this series are even shorter, these are too expensive to buy given the length of the series.
