Summary

Can't buy me love

It's Tag Crane's job to be the life of the party. Traveling from one exotic locale to another is just part of running the luxurious Crane Hotel empire. But even paradise isn't perfect. Devising a new business strategy is keeping Tag up at night - and so is the Great Dane barking at all hours in the apartment below his. To muzzle the problem, Tag charges downstairs, right into the most beautiful blond distraction he's ever seen.

Dog-sitting by day, bartending by night. It's not exactly the life Rachel Foster dreamed of. But when Tag Crane rushes in, all mountain-man shoulders and obscenely sexy smile, needing her help for the Crane Hotels, it's a fantasy come true. What's the harm in a fun no-strings fling? Only a fool would give her heart to a billionaire player like Tag - until suddenly the one man who can't be caught is the one flirting with forever.

JS Scott is an A++ and does it again.

I loved that this story was easy going and not full of drama and emotionally draining!!! You have a women who was self conscious about everything! Add a sexy billionaire who love for the moment and see if they will find a future together.

Can he overcome the need to live in the now and never think of forever? Can she overcome her fear of not being good enough after her douche bag ex beat her down?

I love JSScott she is an auto download for me and I liked this book better than the first! On my way to number 3 of the Crane bothers to see what Eli has in his future. Happy listening!

More Crane Brother Romance

First of all, I love this series follows the Crane brothers. They are so different and I love getting to know each one. And then there is the fact that this is a romance and a good one to boot. I am loving the romances so far and looking forward to the last Crane brothers book.

This book is about the brother Tag Crane. He is a feisty brother that you got to know a little bit in the first book. This time you get to know a lot more about him and his fun personality. That fun personality definitely came out a bit in the first book.

This was another great romance with great characters. I have really enjoyed listening. Sasha Dunbrooke does a fantastic job narrating making the story extremely fun to listen to.

Couldn’t finish the last 1/3

I wish the author had given me something to like in the male character. He just didn’t have any secret hero story line, no “I’m not really a selfish dick if you just get to know me”. He was just a pushy asshat with inner turmoil. It was like he from the 70’s, and she kept referring to how things he would say were inappropriate, but she liked it. He made we want to burn the patriarchy. Definitely not my style.

Good, want a stronger female lead

I loved the story. I felt the chemistry between the two characters. It was good! However, I would have liked the female lease to be a bit stronger.

No Story

I enjoyed the first book in this series as it had a storyline other than just chasing someone romantically and sex. This one however is almost completely devoid of storyline. It's just a woman and a man who are attracted to each other and the lead up to their first sexual encounter and (most likely) eventual becoming partnered. There is little substance and lots of fluff. I persisted for about 1/2 of the book but just could not read anymore.

Kind of boring but nice characters

I loved the ending but the story was a little boring. The only reason I kept reading was the good writing with nice characters
