Not for the easily irritated

This book is ok, lots of information in a short audiobook, which is better than hours and hours of the same thing said numerous ways, which many diet books are. However, I’m surprised no one has mentioned the way the narrator says ‘intermittent fasting’ - he pronounces it ‘intermiNtent fasting’, and considering he repeats this phrase several times a minute it was distracting, bordering on irritating

Lovely book!

Lovely book! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well.

The book is wonderful! Written in such a way that anyone can understand the basic science behind intermittent fasting, this book explains it all without the textbook feel. Easy and light enough to read in one evening, like I did, and inspiring at the same time. This book is a great beginner's guide to intermittently fasting for weight loss.

This is really an excellent book. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast. Enough information to get you going. Incredible catch! The plans look excellent and more intriguing than those in numerous different books. They utilize decent, new fixings and flavors and for the most part incorporate advances like sautéing to draw out the flavor, without being unduly fastidious or tedious, I've officially made the Unstuffed Peppers, and they were simple and tasty.

Amazing book !
