An extraordinary book

This is a worth experience. I definitely realized that fasting was successful for weight reduction however was astounded to figure out what number of other medical advantages it has. In this cookbook, I have found some interesting recipes that are going to cook. Book itself is nicely explained and easy to understand the information. What about an intermittent fasting diet as I beginner I do not know much about this diet, but I like it as it was described in this cookbook, and are going to follow in order to get the best result.

It has a great overview of what kind of weight loss method it is. This simply describes the various types of fasting which is Intermittent Fasting, what is about, their scientific implications and how it can be implemented. Too much repetition/Needs female narrator

Too much repetition of the material; almost as if they were trying too hard to write a book. It was like the narrator was explaining the concept of Intermittent Fasting to a child.

This book would also read better with a female narrator since the author is a woman.

Great Book!
