About this listen
"You know those people who always radiate cheerful optimism? Nauseating, aren't they?" So proclaims Isabel Losada, Starbucks addict, exercise-allergic and self-confessed sceptic as she sets out on the road to enlightenment. This work is suitable for those who have been tempted to dip a toe in the waters of self-discovery.

Where does The Battersea Park Road to Enlightenment rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Amongst the very best. Isabel's enthusiasm and humour are present throughout her audio Delivery....err except when she's depressed, withdrawn, serious, etc. Excellent entertainment if you're interested in any of Isabel's Books, becoming Enlightened, seeking Happiness, or Self Improvement in general. What was one of the most memorable moments of The Battersea Park Road to Enlightenment?
Far too many to mention, But for a Journalist, Isabel has the disarming knack of relaying each and every embarrassing detail of her journey through various treatments and courses on her quest to Enlightenment. She holds nothing back and leaves herself wide open for those with a critical view. This makes you feel like you're listening to a friend.Which character – as performed by Isabel Losada – was your favourite?
The Book and Audiobook are both mainly based on Isabel's first hand experiences. With additional input from various friends, family etc.(But I'm really looking forward to her portrayal of HH The Dalai Lama, in her next audiobook).
Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I have all of Isabel's Books and have enjoyed them all immensely. But listening to her first Audio Book was a joy.Any additional comments?
Excellent in every way.An Exploration of Many Roads to Enlightenment...
