Summary

The gripping new thriller from the Sunday Times top 20 best seller.

Her life was perfect. Until the video.

Scarlett’s golden life suddenly unravels when someone sends a shocking video of her to everyone she knows. The only people who claim they haven’t seen it are the friends in her new mothers’ group: Cora, Emma and Asha.

Scarlett is forced to delve into her past to discover who is out to get her. But as her circle of trust gathers around her, she has to ask - are her friends as innocent as they seem?

A gripping listen about motherhood, secrets and lies, perfect for fans of Heidi Perks and B.A. Paris.

Gripping stuff and beautifully narrated

I was so hooked to this book that I finished it within a day! The storyline is great, with its twists and turns building up and such an interesting take on how your past can catch up with you – and how everyone's present is never as perfect as it seems. There's also a great little extra story at the end that Caroline reads herself, she has a lovely voice!

Hooked from start to finish

An absolutely brilliant listen - I was hooked from start to finish and was desperate to find out what happened whilst also never wanting it to end! Really well written and read!

I worried it might never end

Another life falling apart narrative, and not well executed at that. The motivation of the persecutors is feeble and utterly uninteresting. Worst of all is the painfully long drawn out ending. I just wanted it to end from about midpoint. Don’t waste time on this one.
