A great book to read and to add to my bookshelf alongside all of my other leadership books. This books wraps the necessities of being a good leader, alongside being human, being a parent and being ones authentic self. it gives us permission to bring our complete self to the role whilst being audacious.
I love how the author shares her life and experiences, which to me makes the read real. I have an MBA, so I have read, and continue to read, lots of books that can enhance my offering, for me, this book is up there with the best.

VERY WELL READ! Great engaging voice! Which is so important for an audiobook

I found myself in this book and found it very relatable. This book is a treasure chest or the toolbox you didn’t know you needed. This book goes beyond leadership as Alina not only shares insights from her coaching career, she also share personal stories. This book is deeply human and audaciously vulnerable!

While most want to conform, Alina teaches us through the 8 As to be ourselves, our AUDACIOUS selves!
