Most relevant
Had the print copy for years but didn’t really use it as it’s designed or do the 12 week course, perhaps I felt a bit of subconscious overwhelm. Having the book as an audio I could simply listen to chapters week by week without flicking forward, and have found it an accessible and manageable way to do the 12 week course, which I have just completed. Well structured, easy to follow and for me, doing the exercises yielded positive results. Would recommend.

Wonderful book with many inspirational quotes to unclock that mind and get you moving and trusting yourself. Aside of the great guides and weekly check-ins. Definitely a book to revisit time and time again

This is a really helpful book, but it does not work as an audio book. There are lots of exercises that would really benefit from being on paper.
