Summary

Have you ever wondered why you can meet a person and just dislike them on the spot ,or others you just like or feel connected to? Ever wondered how people claim to have fallen in love with a person by just looking at them? Or do you have this colleague that you simply can’t stand yet they have done nothing specific to you? Probably you have been struggling to keep relationships and wonder why. What about feeling that you always get it wrong when you meet a person? If you are an employer, perhaps you have asked yourself how you make sure that you have hired the best person for the job regardless of their academic qualifications?

Maybe there are times you watched a television program, especially those related to security, and wondered how they know that the person they have is the perpetrator of the crime. They are convinced yet they don’t have concrete evidence and as the events unfold, you realize indeed they were right. Do you start wondering what profiling is all about? What about wondering how a psychic is able to tell you things you think no one else knows or things in your past or future? How are they able to read you?

If you have had these and similar questions, then this book is for you. This book will discuss the different personality types that will give you an insight as to why certain people behave the way they do, even yourself, and what areas each personality is best suited to avoid conflicts. You will also learn the different techniques of reading people and how you can use these techniques to get best employees if you are an employer, make a choice of a partner, how different personalities relate and interact as well as the benefits of correctly analyzing others.

This book also discusses the factors that shape an individual’s personality, hence enabling you to understand people better despite their religious, racial, social, or academic backgrounds. This book will not only give you insight into how to successfully read people, but it will give you knowledge on how to enhance and build better and healthier relationships with people.

Wow, this is exactly what I was looking for

The author has produced a great quality book for analyzing people in the modern age, he discusses and teaches very up to date and unique approaches for learning how to master dark psychology, body language, human behavior and much much more.

Suggested!

I hope very much you’re going to use the things you will learn for proper causes. Some people employ analytical tricks and techniques just to use the obtained knowledge for manipulation or exploitation of others.

Good information this book.

Also I was expecting a more direct approach to reading people, in terms of what to look for when in front of someone. Ian takes us in a different was,

It delivers, just the way I expected.

Having finished this book I have mixed feelings about it.
From its title I was expecting a more academic approach in both type of structure and writing.

The writing feels almost conversation like.

Also I was expecting a more direct approach to reading people, in terms of what to look for when in front of someone. Ian takes us in a different was, focusing on the several types of toxic people that we can find in our life’s and forcing us to reflect about those encounters.

Enjoyable read - need to read it more often - good

Many of the strategies were clearly stated and descriptions given easily understood. I found some of my behavior and thinking listed among the "bad guys'", but guess can't always be a good guy.

Helpful book Insightful

I appreciate how the author's writing feels like it's a conversation, it doesn't seem as boring as most business books. This book is well written and organized,
