Great book for anti anxiety

Practical, useful, concrete. To acquire basic anti anxiety information. I can't say it's the best popular nutrition book, because I don't have an adequate variety of terms of comparison, but it's certainly a great audio. I would say recommended to those who want to acquire some basic knowledge about anti anxiety diet

Very happy to have heard the book

Fantastic. Brilliant

Great information

Amazing book, wonderfully narrated. I got through it so quickly as I was desperately trying to relieve some of my anxiety sensitivity but I got so much more from this book. I read it in 3-4 days and that's only because I kept going back to relisten to some of these amazing studies presented. Its a must read for anyone . Especially if you're spending hundreds of pounds at the doctor. experiencing problems read this and save yourself cash in the long run...

It indicates itself to being a great guide

I was looking for an audible that clearly explains the why's behind anxiety (and alternative methods to lower it) in a way I could understand.
