Vital for understanding health

This book is for anyone who has been assiduous about eating their vegetables and exercising and can't understand why they still don't heal. We have to understand immunity at an energy level. Caroline Myss gets real and doesn't pull her punches on this. Fasten your seatbelt.

Really enjoyed listening to this book. Caroline has so many helpful insights and challenges some well establish spiritual concepts. Great sense of humour and very down to earth too.

A constant inspiration

This is a complete no BS look at health from the inside out. I love the way Caroline tells it like it is. I wish more of my friends and family read her teachings, they'd certainly benefit from a inner perspective and to be a little more honest with who they are. I have certainly learned more about myself.
Highly recommended listening.

A huge Myss fan but....

Myss is a legend in the spiritual realization field and doesn't pull any punches. She's lovingly tough and usually quite entertaining with her "hit between the eyes" approach to one's personal development. I've read the majority of her books and followed her career over the span of many years, but this particular offering fell short of her usual brilliance. She is constantly repeating herself - almost as if to convince the audience as well as her own self of what she is saying. The information is given, but in a long, drawn out manner that could have been summarized in half the time. Still it's an important book with excellent information that is worth listening to - only be prepared to feel some frustration as you listen to her drive a point home, again and again and again....

Not what I was expecting...exactly what I needed

I allowed difficult life experiences and disappointments in people to drive me deep into seclusion. After listening to this book I now understand why I've been so I'll. Now I know exactly how to regain my health. Must listening for anyone who wants and needs to heal their life.

I generally like all of her books

What would have made The Anatomy of Your Health better?

I had a hard time with the fact that she thinks things were "just fine" before television and atomic bombs - these were the most racist, hateful times, intolerant times for people of color, women and LGBTQ people. To say that everything went to hell after the nuclear bomb - makes no sense to me at all. I was just lost and not really into it after the first session.

What was most disappointing about Caroline Myss’s story?

Her anger

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Disappointment.

I adore Caroline Myss

Everything she teaches is brilliant. I'm going to see her in February and it's like going to see the Beatles. I'm so excited.

I need to listen to this book every week!

I was originally expecting a self help type audio, but got more than I bargained for. This book dives deep into what and how illnesses manifest and how to be more aware. After consuming the contents, I am forever changed.

Sometimes hard to follow...

I didn't realize this was a seminar type of situation where it felt like an "off the cuff" talk. She veered quite a lot and it felt sometimes difficult to follow. Other audios I have listened to are much more structured. Her tone seems a bit harsh and judgmental at times. Nevertheless, I found it informative and insightful

Could not get into it

I may give it a day, then try again. I usually love her information as I bristle at her scolding style, but I could not even attend to that . Maybe I’ve read so much of her stuff it’s become repetitious. Try again another day.
