I work as a trauma therapist. This involves delving into a lot of emotions and darkness, as well as “integrating” the bad in a way that creates a “complete” good.

This book providing a huge amount of detail missing from my understanding of creating identities and how they can be POSITIVELY utilised, as opposed to being negatively controlled by those we have adopted by the world.

Highly recommend — will 100% be incorporating alter-egos into my life and introducing the concept to my clients.

It's easy to think that the tools in this book are a bit silly but if you think about all the times you've succeeded, or gotten in the zone, there will definitely have been times where you've become another dominant character and you weren't acting like regular you. Be open minded to the approaches in this book and it will really make a difference in your life. It has in mine.
