Summary

Learn how to tame hyperactivity and inattention, even if symptoms are off the charts and nothing else has helped before.

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 11 percent of the population has been diagnosed with ADHD. The real count, however, is estimated to be much higher since most people remain undiagnosed. This is especially true for women and girls whose ADHD symptoms are notoriously difficult to detect. For all demographics, ADHD diagnoses are steadily on the rise.

In The Adult Adhd & Add Solution, you’ll discover:

  • The three types of ADHD most people don’t know about. (Identify the exact type you or your child have and learn what the most effective treatment is now!)
  • What people don’t realize about adult ADHD and its true symptoms.
  • The truth about what causes the disorder in kids and adults.
  • Common myths about ADHD debunked by experts.
  • Essential tips for thriving in a marriage when one partner has ADHD.
  • How to use your condition to succeed in the workplace.
  • Game-changing methods for managing hyperactivity and inattention with no medication or therapy. (See instant improvements with these easy, life-altering practices that work for kids and adults!)
  • And much, much more…

Even if your symptoms are off the charts, and every attempt to improve them has failed, the extensive research behind this guide can ensure you’ll establish a complete handle on your ADHD symptoms, and acquire all the knowledge you need to make lasting, powerful improvements in your daily life.

By relying on the latest scientific research behind this guide, you’ll identify the best methods for treating your type of ADHD, and the most effective tools to ensure you achieve success in all areas of your life.

I love this audiobook

It was all there - testimonials from spouses just like me about discussing add partners with short emotional outbursts, inability to manage a to-do list, inability to make plans and following through, self medicating with cigarettes

I am so happy listen this audible book

I love him dearly but I also have always felt downright crazy at times. I know he loves me and yet he does and says such hurtful things. I know he's a smart man and yet he sometimes acts downright demented.

I found it to be incredibly insightful for me

I found it to be incredibly insightful for me personally to understand more about why my brain does the things it does and how it affects other people. It allowed me to accept and forgive myself a bit more. It also made me want to work harder to overcome certain elements so that I can be a better person all around, for me and for the people around me.

This book changed my life

This book changed my life. ADHD is a thing you have, but it does not define you. It's important to remember that. If you have ADHD, the beginning of this book is a bit tough to read, and keep in mind that there are characteristics described in it which may not be applicable to you

Good approach

A great book and I total get it. With that said, I think it is somewhat harsh on the ADD person. There are aspects of ADD that are beneficial and this book doesn't really point out the positives.

Highly recommended.

Learned so much about my husband and how most of my issues with him are from ADHD and not his character or choices all the time.
