Great book, and Fab diet

love Dr M.Mosley, his explanation of the science that supports this method of changing your diet is well presented. I have followed the fast 800 and lost 17kg in just 8 weeks. I listened the 8 week blood sugar diet to support and re-energise my efforts as I still have about 20kg to lose..

loved the book, has lots of tips and really easy to listen too. I would recommend trying this before you poison yourself with medication that, in the end will fail.

Life saving advice

I was lost into so many diets and finally found your audio book and I have purchased the recipe book as well. I am in the right road to reverse the diabetes and I manage to identify why I was not loosing weight! The book and advise is complete. I do recommend to everyone looking for answers and solutions. The exercise explain is brief and the examples too

the book is fine but has ambivalence re alcohol for example,and is not profound in important topics like exercise and what is 800 calories but is a good book

Nothing substantial

Throughout the book he is mostly talking up the recipes in the pdf file attached and how beneficial to stick with a healthy diet few studies mentioned here and there
