Great book, and Fab diet

love Dr M.Mosley, his explanation of the science that supports this method of changing your diet is well presented. I have followed the fast 800 and lost 17kg in just 8 weeks. I listened the 8 week blood sugar diet to support and re-energise my efforts as I still have about 20kg to lose..

interest listen

im motivated, now, to lose weight with this plan. 800 kcal is a bit low for me at the moment but will try jt one day
