Full of great information. But it is clear that not all diets are created equal. I was surprised that atkins wasn’t on here, but I agree that DASH is probably one of the best diets of our time

I give this audio book of five star, because it's an interesting stuff. I learned a lot. The book goes indepth on some diets more than others, but I feel like the outliers are definitely the Mediterranean Diet and the DASH diet. Those both seem to be the best options for healthy living.

What you get a book that tells you a lot about different diet, how it works and how to get started. It tries to tell you why they work and what types of people the diet is best suited for. However, this book doesn't have recipes or food plans or anything like that, so whichever diet you decide to go with , you'll probably no need to buy more books to get all the tools you need to get started.

Great introduction to all these diets. It gives you a really comprehensive understanding of all the best diets that are available to you. It tells you the pros and cons of each and then its kind of up to you to decide what works best for you.

Pleasant Book!

Interesting and informative. I hadn’t even heard of some of these diets. I think it’s a good list. Obviously I don’t think every diet is for me—and that’s not the point. Different people respond differently to different incentives. People have different biology’s and psychologies and it makes them more disposed to be successful with certain diets or certain types of diets than others. Overall, good listen.

The recipes can be prepared for any meal of the day and the nutritional information included with the recipes makes it even easier to pick the right recipe for the right need. I am enjoying the book very much.

Very simple and easy to follow direction.Has good info on using the instant pot and good general information about what food items and supplies are good to have on hand for using with your instant pot. Very helpful book.

Easy to follow.

I bought this for my husband as a gift and am surprised at how easy and tasty the recipes are. It's my "go to" recipe book this fall and I'm not even on the keto diet. I have yet to be disappointed by any of the recipes. I highly recommend this book!!! Easy to follow.

This is a cool book. The recipes are easy. She has labels for which dishes are Dairy Free, Nut Free, Egg Free, Paleo, Vegetarian, and Under 30 Minutes, which are super handy if you’ve got a buddy coming over with difference dietary needs than you.
