Great insight into property investment. Recommend
Rob and Mark have done a wonderful job at putting this together. The book gives a great insight on property investments, but above all a life-changing opportunity for many of us that still believe in the system created and want to make a change for better nce opportunities available to any ordinary person.

In desperate need of a 5th edition
I finished this book on 28/09/2022 - we are, by all historical indications, heading into a financial crises. "Cash in a Property Crash" is next up. But the perspective the next 12 to 24 months will offer will be invaluable. The book in its current form accounts for turbulent times, and ultimately it teaches to never give up, but that being said, it was also written at a time when in interest rates were 0.f**k all

The best property related audiobook so far!
I cannot find the words how I'm glad I started to listen this audiobook. Extremaly informative, with good dose of humour and showing of whole philosophy of investing in the properties and in the same time being a investor not full time landlord with hundreds of problems. I fully recommend this title to anyone!
