My everyday diet

This is an educational audiobook in addition to a recipe cookbook. It is helpful to anyone suffering from arthritis, inflammation, obesity, allergies, digestive disorders, and diabetes. Even though I’m a certified nutritionist, I’ve learned things about inflammation that I never knew before. Now I can give my clients some better tips to counteract their inflammation.

I love it

A good read. I’m now able to identify the troublesome foods that cause inflammation and the good foods that don’t. These recipes don’t take long to prepare either, so I don’t have to stay in the kitchen all day. So many timesaving tips here!

Informative guide

Informative all the way! This books makes it fun for the readers by describing the recipes in a simplistic sort of way. It does the same thing with the descriptions of inflammation too. I never felt overwhelmed for one minute. The meal choices available are not hard to prepare at all.

Helpful and informative! For a long time, I was scared to try the AIP diet because I didn’t understand all the lists of things I was supposed to not eat and eat. However, this book gave me specific meal plans to follow and the recipes that taught me how to make them. Everything was less complicated than I thought it would be.

Love those recipes

I like what I’ve heard so far. The book was recommended to me by my doctor. He thought it would be helpful for treating my Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. He was right! I made a few adjustments to my meals and most of my problems are gone.

Very creative recipes! The introductory info came in handy too. I learned a lot about inflammation and how it starts in the body. As I listened to the author some more, he taught me which meals I should prepare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
