I love this audiobook

I highly recommend for someone who is just starting out this audiobook will help you understand the whole process. I love this audiobook! It’s like a good audiobook you can’t put down! I need structure in my life and this book does that! Or well for my eating habits at least! The recipes are of food you have heard of and can get from a local grocery store. I wish it had more recipes! But I love the breakdown!

It was fun listening to the audiobook

They made the Mediterranean diet much easier to understand than I originally anticipated. Easy and simple are two words that define these recipes. It was fun listening to the audiobook, and I learned a lot from it. I recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and lifestyle.

Really enjoyable book.

Really enjoyable book. A good introduction to the med diet. The main thing you have to remember is to avoid unhealthy foods. Then just take the ingredient lists given to you by the narrator and go shopping. Come back home and prepare these simple recipes with the ingredients you purchased. It’s that easy.

Must have a book!

This book is the most resourceful dieting guide for taking up a healthier lifestyle. The great thing about the Mediterranean diet is that you don’t need to count calories or restrict your eating. You just learn to eat differently and incorporate exercise into your life. I’m okay with that because both feel great.

Its cool.

I’ve gone through 10 recipes in 1 week. I enjoyed preparing all of them, I must say. Each recipe was finished in about 20 minutes or less. Few ingredients were needed too. This is the best Mediterranean diet cookbook around.

The book is great for beginners

A tried a couple of these recipes, and all of them impressed me. My personal favorites include the lemon zucchini noodles and pepperoncini, tuna with couscous. The book is great for beginners but also helpful to experienced dieters

Helpful book.

I lost 18 pounds using the delicious recipes recommended here. This is the one cookbook where the recipes get easier to prepare as you continue reading. I tend to spice up the meals a little bit with my own ingredients. The avocado and apple smoothie recipe is my favorite.

Perfect guideline

Great tips with great recipes! The recipes are not hard to prepare at all. The narrator does a really good job of motivating me to begin my lifestyle change. I’m going to the grocery store immediately and stock up on the good stuff!
