The best self help book ever

This book is an invaluable tool for anyone looking towards giving up or reducing their intake of alcohol. The audio seems to help get the authors message across and he could have actually been talking to me alone and touched on so many of the situations and scenarios that I’ve been in through my abuse of alcohol. The book helps you understand such pitfalls as cravings and helps you deal with them and many other issues that challenge us when trying to go ‘dry’ and helps you set realistic goals making the process achievable. Of all the many books I’ve read on the subject of giving up the booze this by far the best. Thank you David Lewis

Detox Plan

I am listening to this audiobook with the intention of cutting back on drinking alcohol. I like the fact that it is based on strategies that have proved to be successful from when the author worked with clients. It is not preachy and is interesting all the way through. 10 days is not a long time really and I found that listening to it daily worked for me when motivation was flagging or temptation loomed. I purchased the audiobook and the book itself as I like to read or listen depending on my mood or need at the time. I am really glad that I have got this to refer to for the long term as it has proven to be effective for me especially over the recent Christmas period.
