This is another enjoyable and exciting entry into the series which finds Rimiru and his country having unwittingly become the target of multiple enemy plots as the players established previously find their moment to strike. The rise of his monster nation and its successes have changed the economic landscape posing an existential threat to one former trade hub as well as a threat to those wishing to maintain the status quo. There are duplicitous bad faith actors, opportunistic exploitations and crusaders whose prejudice inflicts great harm.
The narrator gives a poignant and powerful performance which accentuates and elevates the grief, rage, hope and joy found within the story.
I hope to be able to preorder the next one soon although it currently isn't available. I intend to get them all in this format over time if the production remains the same, I am also willing to wait longer than what has become the standard 3 months for this to happen if need be.
