I've had this book in my library for such a long time! I don't know how I only listened to it now, especially since it's absolutely excellent! I'd recommend listening to the whole book first and then returning to the chapters focusing on the issues you struggle with in particular. The book is a treasure trove of practical, immediately actionable advice presented with kindness, compassion and common sense. I also absolutely loved the vulnerability and honesty with which Owen O'Kane shares his own story and struggles.
Overall, a wonderful and incredibly helpful book! A great ending to my book adventures of 2021. Thank you, Owen O'Kane and Audible!
