I realise I'm culturally catholic

The comfortably uncomfortable syndrome is a good point. Sometimes you have to sit with discomfort to make progress.

lovely book helped me no end and got me on track t

Good basics but that’s it

There were no breakthrough aha moments for me and I found it very male dominated thinking at times. Nothing has stuck with me and I felt the pace was so fast, I couldn’t keep up with what was being said.

Simple and concise breakdown of what makes us tick and what gets in the way of a happy and content life. Not a quick fix, which never works anyway, but if you go back to the chapters that really resonate with your own personality,
and take on board what he says, you will see improvements in your general well-being. It will take work though , but the best things in life always do!

just what the doctor ordered

loved this book, narrator was fab, gorgeous Irish accent. I can relate to many of the steps as I'm trying to work through them now on my journey to 'fixing' myself. I'll definetly refer back & listen to the book again. brilliant.
