I originally got this series because it was narrated by Jakobi Diem, his voice is just sooooo stunning and delicious, but Alexandria’s writing is amazing, so I had to get it in print as well. She writes beautiful romance with the right level of steam and even some political content that fits the story. I’m mix race but, after this series, I feel extra proud of my heritage.

Easy, breezy and enjoyable last series of the Romey collection I assume. The story of forgiveness of one’s shortcomings and those of others was not missed on us the reader. With a long time love that finally comes to fruition.

Some revelations I did not see coming and did not like Brooklyn in the beginning but warmed up to here. Easy listening.
