BEST BOOK FOR FIBROMYALGIA

For people suffering from Fibromyalgia this book is an absolute essential read. It provides you with all the tools you will ever need. It's jam packed full of information to help recover from the terrible pain both mentally and physically that Fibromyalgia causes along with every other problem/ ailment associated with it.

The health service is hopeless where FIBROMYALGIA is concerned anyway. They don't know which treatments, therapies or medication best to provide, as everyone's different, therefore we all need different things. Nothing has helped me...so far.....

I never thought that I would find anything as great as this that would help relieve me from this disease. As long as I use all the tools provided, then I cannot wait until the day when my whole body will become free from the pain of Fibro.

I've said so many times to my family and friends that I'd give anything just to feel normal, to feel like myself again, even if it was only for 1 day. And now by putting it all into practice I will so much more than just 1 pain free day.

I couldn't put the book down, I found it more fascinating with each page.

Thank you Caroline.

excellent

Really useful guide to improving fibro symptoms. Easy to understand and lots of things to try. I read the other book 'from fibromyalgia to freedom' when I first got ill 2 years ago + implemented several suggestions and although not cured, I am better than I was.
