What on earth is this narration?!?

Honestly I’m gutted, I can’t even listen to it as it’s pretty obvious it’s a computer generated voice like the sat nav woman, I’d put money on the rest of the reviews being fake as there is no way 50 people would put up with this and give it 5 stars. I’m irritated it has to have 1 star to submit the review. Annoyed, waste of a credit.

Amazing Audible Book

The butterfly is a swimming stroke that is particularly demanding physically due to its intensity and the strength that it requires. The main difficulty with butterfly stroke is due to its athletic nature, its demand for muscle strength and flexibility, and above all perfect synchronisation of movements.

Great book for beginners

I'm a beginner and it goes well together with my class lessons as it gives me a good visual and easy descriptions for after I practice in the pool. If you're an experienced swimmer this book may not be for you but is quite good for beginners and maybe even teachers.

Great Book Overall

I am a beginner triathlete and swimming is my weakest area. This book is great for a beginner like me. In approximately 6 weeks I will compete in my first HIM so we will see how it goes.

Nice to Hear

This book is a great resource. I have completed several sprint triathlons and am planning on increasing to an Olympic soon. This book is well written but not too complicated. The explanations of the drills and the dry land exercises were very clear but if the explanations do not work there are links to videos. Finally at the end of the book there are swimming training plans from Sprint Tri to Ironman distance! I KNOW that I will refer to this book again and again.

I like this book

I've been actively swimming in a pool for more than two years, open water swimming is quite difference. The information Kevin taught in the video is very helpful to me. This is an absolutely good starting point for triathlete to prepare their first game.

Good Quality Book

I am really just confident I am preparing the right way for this big event following the guidelines in this book. There is a golden nugget at the end with a lot of different day by day training plans for different types of races. Very detailed and easy to understand..
