This is the first book in the Salinity Cove series. The book starts off when Riley was about 7 or 8 years old. She had a very traumatic experience happen to her while at the beach. Then jumps forward to her senior year of high school. An oil spill occurred due to her father’s business. Everything that could possibly go wrong started happening. This is a PNR RH with slight bullying. This book ends on a cliffhanger. I can’t wait for the next book. Bridget and Jake Bordeaux did a phenomenal job narrating this book.

I quite enjoyed listening to this it makes a change having a different supernatural. Looking forward to the rest of the series . Jake and Bridget nail the narration as usual.

This was such a good take on the idea of aquatic creatures including sirens, Poseidon and more by Maya Nicole and was Book 1 in a series. I genuinely enjoyed how we learned about this new type of world alongside the main character of Riley. I am a sucker for a bully romance and this ticked all of the boxes.

The narration by Bridget and Jake was, as always, sublime. They have such a natural ability to use their gifts to draw you into a story and paint the picture of the narrative, I genuinely do listen to them for hours 😆

This book was an easy listen. Intriguing storyline and not too involved to get a handle on what was happening.
Lots of mystery involved with the storyline to keep you interested throughout.

I listened to this book while doing my housework. It was a short listen in comparison to other books.
The narration was fantastic.

Multiple characters all sounding different by the same narrator. It feels like you are listening to a tv programme. Easily able to decipher what character you are listening to
