Excellent resource

you know how much it can help you just relax and help you to not let the stupid things get to you; you need this summary to go along with the book. Manson strongly believes that the endless pursuit of a flawless life, fueled by today’s picture-perfect social media standards, is responsible for many of the psychological illnesses that have become rampant.

The author takes a bunch of common wisdom and completely turns it on its head, explaining why it's just plain wrong. Best of all, if you apply his advice, you might just find yourself feeling quite differently about your life and daily struggles Highly recommended!

Providing tools to deal with

I feel like the summary was pretty entertaining-loved this book and how much I learned the opposite of what I thought and the clarity it gave me, already after 2 days of trying things suggested I feel less stressed and anxious seriously life-changing book.

the author nailed it

It's a bock with huge depth. You just need to reflect on your life and how you can modify it. The summary made me buy the book. A lot of details and look forward to more book summaries

Conceptual relativity in its most universal format

One important lesson I derived from the book is one hasn’t succeeded in something because one hasn’t failed at it enough times. This encouraged me to push myself back again on track to complete my Ph.D. thesis.

Enjoyed this.
