Keep it simple..

This audio book goes beyond theory and looks at what causes execution problems and how proper planning and identification of scope, deliverables and accountability can dramatically increase the probability of success. Multitasking is the devil. It's become pandemic in America. I think the disciplines in this audio book can be applied to operations or projects. Don't just listen it,study it.

Good listen. Great concepts.I've worked for highly strategic teams, but execution has always been a struggle. I'm convinced I just listen the solution in this remarkably simple to understand audio book. Not since Jim Huling Good to Great have I been this enthusiastic about the road map for accomplishment.

Excellent and helpful audiobook..!!

This audio book is the first/only audio book I have listen that clearly shows one how to devise and implement a plan to improve the functioning of your organization, and to make it happen with more action than fuss. While other audio books talk about plans and actions as well, if you distill those all down to the necessary elements, I'm sure you'd find the 4 Disciplines of Execution.Anyone would benefit from this audio book!!
