Worth listening

i think we all should learn how to better ourselves and this book positions self improvment exactly how nature works naturally. Listening ti this made me want to read the physical copy more often.

Fascinating

I enjoyed the message from this audible; it provided a different outlook on the different methods to achieve happiness in your life. The breakdown of this theory conveyed in a way that is simplified but will require work to obtain this goal of happiness.

I would definitely recommend this audible to others.

My hypothesis is happiness

After listening to this summary of The Happiness Hypothesis, picked up the full version. The thing I love about this book is that I feel more confident about applying Haidt's ideas because they are 1) helpful, and 2) backed by science.
