Its a pretty fast listen!

Its a pretty fast listen and has a lot of good things to say. Communication is probably one of the most important aspects in any relationship, so give it a listen! Learn how you communicate and what love language you speak!

Enjoy this book.

For any relationship that you have you should listen this book. It makes you think about the other person and what their needs are but it also makes you look at your needs. It helps you to learn to communicate what you need to others and it opens your eyes to things that lead down paths of destruction.

Most definitely changed my life!

Great book!!! Very insightful. Once a person becomes familiar with the five love languages, many behaviors of people come more clearly into focus. A great listen!

Simple and Fascinating

The low rating for the overall is because a chapter was missing, I reported this, got a new download, and still same chapter missing.

Interesting concepts which made me think. The book delivered what I expected

Excellent Book!

I ended up divorced anyway, but maybe not if I had had this book earlier. Short, sweet, and to the point. Should be required listening for anyone in a relationship or who want to get to know themselves better.

Greater happiness.

This is a truly amazing book for me. I am a goal oriented person and since I understand and know which love language my wife speaks, I have kept her happy in our marriage, which in return makes my marriage a happy marriage.

Loved.

A somewhat simplistic but obviously a sensible approach to solving difficulties that arise in long term relationships. Some suggestions for specific actions to be taken are not realistic but the general idea of different "languages" for expressing love is convincing

Language of love lacking

I imagine 20 or 30 years ago this book would have been ground shaking. I found it outdated and repetitious. It was not well edited or well read. The reader mid pronounced many words she should have known...The editor did not limit the number of times the same for accounts were repeated in every chapter or old fashion ideas and customs were assumed to be common place and practical ideology.

Something wrong with this summary

I had read the book years ago. Thought this summary would be a quick refresh. I was shocked by the poor quality. I doubt the narrator recorded the production by omitting whole sections and repeating others but that’s how this book is presented. There are also gaps and dead pauses and mispronounced words. The summary uses old antiquated language and phrases that do not sound natural. I’ve never been so disappointed to in a purchase.
