Helpful concept.

Helpful concept. Ended up buying two for my kids as well. Be cautious though and be sure to get one that includes the code to allow the online analysis.

Like this book.

Strength Finder helps you to focus on what your skills and abilities are best in any work situation. It really helps to articulate and emphasize the importance when applying for jobs and writing cover letters. I think it is also useful to help build your spirit in this economy as you face limited openings and a large number of applicants.

Best book.

This test results are spooky. Oh, now I know why I am an ass at work. It's not my fault, it is my personality type. Just kidding. Good test and book. You will learn more about yourself. Just remember, with great power comes great responsibility. Don't use this book as an excuse for being a jerk.

LISTEN!

I think this will be a good book. It doesn't add a lot of information to the field of Emotional Intelligence for me but what it does do is give some guidance in how the listener can increase their Emotional Intelligence or EQ as it's called.

Highly recommended.

I felt funny buying this book, but I NEEDED this information. It's helped me daily to be the " adult", I want to be. Some great insight and things to practice daily. Highly recommended.

It's crazy and so worth it.

Not only does the test you take tell you your strengths, but it states how you might be using the strength, and how in some instances it might become a weakness. It's crazy and so worth it.

This is a good book.

This is a good book. May help you identify some of your strong and weak points. Likely things you already suspected but were looking to see in print.

Very helpful.

Very helpful in validating and crystallizing my goals and role as an entrepreneur. I can state with much greater precision both the 'why' and the 'how' of moving forward from here.

Sounds like its narrated by an illiterate robot

There are so many grammatical and other errors it’s laughable. Actual words missing that form normal sentences.

Great book, Terrible narration

Narrator sounds robotic and fragmented. Content is a great overview of the book and assessment. Not worth listening on audio though. terrible narrator

Horrible

Poorly narrated and not worth buying. Don't waste your money. starts off with a long list of words being recited.
