didn't expect to learn about customer experience as I read the challenger sale before this but have now told all my team to read this one

Read way too fast and a choppy disconnected summar
I already have the real book and thought listening to the summary first would be helpful. After listening to the summary twice I only remember one concept. At the end the summary critiques the real book and method used. I'm not a fan of this summary and won't buy another book read by this voice.
