Loved.

This book has been life changing. When you listen a book at the right time in your life when you are ready for change, it can affect you so deeply that you know you have changed without seeing many outward signs yet. My whole outlook has changed.

Great teach me.

The best book ever on what codependence is, and how to either not fall into it, or if you are already in it, how to recognize it and pull yourself out of it.

Like this whole data.

While this book may have originated from addressing codependent partners or family members of alcoholics, the principles are for anyone who struggles with co-dependency and as a therapist I highly recommend.

Good resource.

Its a great book to listen even if you don't consider yourself the codependent type, it shows you how to be your own secure self and how to take care of yourself first. And if you are codependent it is a good recourse.

Very insightful.

Very insightful and makes you take on perspectives you might not otherwise considered. One I think most would benefit from listening in one respect or another.

Excellent support.

Excellent support. Though I found the writing style annoying, it is still an excellent support for those in a relationship with an addicted person.
