Summary
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
This was a really good summary of Jon Kabat-Zinn's novel Wherever You Go There You Are. I really felt like I was given the key points of the novel, and I've learnt some important pieces of information about meditation. For instance, when meditating, your posture is actually incredibly important.
