Easy to understand and easy to follow.

I love this book. I am looking to lower or completely eliminate sugar in my diet. This looked to be one of the simplest ways of getting started. Simply written,easy to understand and easy to follow.

Great Listen.

The book is very thorough and helpful with food choices, however we have found a few inconsistencies with food choices - nothing that is a deal breaker. This plan requires effort and a buddy for sure.

Great helpful.

I love this book. It made complete sense and easy to follow. I like the fact it was written by a nutritionist and a dermatologist...I've always thought sugar was hard on our skin and now I know it is and why.

Over complex and fantasy land

I listened to this on my daily walk. I regard myself as reasonably fit and well read. This book is asking the impossible for the normal reader to achieve. Some common sense but basically suggests a complete life change in a fortnight. I would much prefer a doable, common sense plan. The meal plan was so far and away of even any sensible eater!!!

It has gotten so much easier.

Sugar is a big part of my diet and I could not figure out why it was so difficult for me to lose weight. Listening this book was extremely helpful and I have already started following the 30 day diet. I feel like I have more energy. I thought it was going to be difficult and it was the first couple of days, but it has gotten so much easier.

This book includes a lot of information which are verified process and plants on how we can effectively control our sugar habit. This Sugar Detox manual will direct us to ​find out how we can still eat tasty foods and grow to be healthier than before. This is a very useful book to make us healthy.

must listen to it ....

Well, its probably not a big secret that too much sugar is not a good thing. But I had no idea just how bad it really is. The author goes into all the adverse effects of sugar and the reasons for getting off it. The book is full of tips for getting off sugar—including foods to avoid, foods to get, and “detoxing” the kitchen. There are also ideas on getting through the “withdrawals,” so to speak. Especially helpful is the meal plan at the end of the book. The books format makes it easy to read. And the material is helpful too. Recomended.

Health benefits.

I was able to understand the information presented, which included many citations throughout to supplement the information presented. I recommend listening the book in its entirety before changing your habits to gain the benefit.

Amazing.

I feel so much better and and in control of my health again. I highly recommend this for those who are facing the possibility of diabetes or just want to feel and look better. I have so much more energy.

Well informative.

Basically, reducing real and fake sugar are key. Increasing fiber intake is key too. If all you do is increase fiber, you're going to lose weight. However, reducing sugar will help it leaps and bounds.

This book will help you achieve your goal.

This book is excellent for you to learn about the harm that sugar can make to your body. It will give a plan to start cutting your sugar habits in a perfect way, as well will explain you all the terrible things that refined sugar can make to your body. Reducing your sugar intake will make a lot less bloated and will give you more energy. This book will help you achieve that!

Useful book

Beneficial advice. Thus book is a great guide to riffing sugar out of your diet. I found the suggestions very helpful and doable I definitely suggest it to anyone who asks!!
