There’s very little things in my life that had influence on my well-being as much as moving and stretching…. You feel connected to yourself. I loved this audiobook, uplifting and very detailed about all the techniques you can apply to your life to feel even more energetic, and not be afraid of the lost of your physical capabilities while growing older. I’m myself not in my golden years yet, but I have a lot of my closest relationship who are, and I’m very happy a book like this exists!
