Lots of helpful advice

Recommend this audiobook

I'd recommend this book to all my friends who are suffering from daily life stress and axiety. Life can be hundred times more beautiful if stress and anxiety is removed. Only then you can enjoy the real taste of life. Many of us are suffering from random anxieties. This book gives a confidence that these can be removed if one really wants to remove them.

Reduces stress faster

This book taught me so much about stress and how to manage it. I find myself under extreme stress a lot and now I understand that a lot of it is self inflicted. I was always trying to get away from stress and having absolutely no stress in my life. Great relief!

Stress, anxiety and everything related to it has a habit of creeping into our lives (it did for me), but dealing with it is a lot more complicated than it might seem, but it can be simplified with some of the stuff in this book, especially in the second half.

Awesome Audiobook

If feel like you have too much stress or anxiety in your life, then yes i definitely definitely would. I feel more assertive, confident, calmer and generally more capable these days. I still have work to do but i am definitely getting there. Narrator was a tad annoying at the very start but got better as the book went on.
