Practical and motivating

This is a well written, practical and motivational book on the subject of worry and anxiety. I will highly recommend it!
Jonathan has also put in a copious amount of personal examples to show how all the tips he shared has been applied in his own life. I love all the different assessments and tasks included in the book to help the listener identify their worry triggers and how these can be dealt with. He has also graciously offered to support and give guidance to any listener that may be finding any aspects of the content difficult to implement. Am going to be joining his ‘ServeNoMaster’ tribe where one can interact with other people who are in different phases of their journey in overcoming worry and anxiety.
