Pure brilliance!
I listened last night and kept my earphones in all night and morning, this is an absolute breakthrough for me! I felt a bit sick when I woke up and when I thought about smoking it made me even more sick. It soon subsided and I feel good! Do not plan on smoking again, don't even want one! Worked for me!
I've always been a sceptic when it came to self help and hypnotherapy. However Ive tried so many times to stop and this was my final attempt. Narration is soothing and instructions simple to follow. Listened just ONCE. Woke up the following day and didnt smoke nor wish to. I was a 20 a day for 30yrs...and still am shocked this worked for me! Don't know how, but it's saved me from my nicotine demons.

Useless on a whole new level
Im glad this was part of free trial as id of been annoyed paying for it. Im a hypnotherapist and im embarrased people sell junk like this, it wont relax you it womt help you quit smoking and it certaimny wont put you to sleep uness you are already tired!
If youre serious about quiting downlpad dr max pembertons book stop smoking and read it ,1000 times better than this junk.

Jarring noises and unpleasant music
Rachael Meddows has a lovely voice, but the music played in the background is just irritating enough that it's hard to fall asleep while it's playing. Also, there are long intervals where it is silent, except for the music, and if I do drop off to sleep, I am jumped out of my skin when the narrator begins to speak again. I don't know if the narrator is actually louder in these moments, or if it just seems that way, but it's very unpleasant. Also, I haven't yet noticed any improvement in the cravings I'm trying to overcome, but it may be too soon to evaluate this program's effectiveness.
