A Complete Anti-Procrastination Toolkit

Procrastination is a big problem for most of us. In one psychology study over 70 percent of college students identified themselves as procrastinators. Other studies have show that procrastinators tend not only to be less happy, but also to have more stress, less sound sleep, and an impaired immune system.

Lovely

What I liked most was that the knowledge was evidence based. Too many self-help books are based only on the author's experience and not scientific studies. This author actually cites the studies.

The author is a very organized fellow

The author is a very organized fellow, who puts his ideas forth clearly and articulately. I found his book easier to implement and his systems easy to adopt. Its a matter of making and having good habits. He outlines what those habits are and how to become more productive.

Life changing book

I really wish this book had been available to me years ago, as it would have helped me in college. I'm using his techniques now, and I'm grateful I found this book. Richard acknowledges his own struggle with procrastination and shares simple methods that ACTUALLY WORK based on first hand, experiential benefit.

Great to listen

I love that the author was short on theory and long on practically and that he zeroed right in on real and common procrastination pitfalls. The tips in this book helped me take immediate action, and I completed the assignment earlier than normal and to a higher standard than my normal work since I had more time to work on it. I look forward to re-listening the book and incorporating more of the tips in my daily life. But so far this book has already had an incredible effect on my procrastination!

Full of Insightful Inspirationals

I was moved and inspired to continue my life daily. Before, i would attract so much negative feedback from peers on the job bringing it home to my family. My husband introduced me to spiritual listens on Audible and this was my first choice and to say i was beyond inspired to let negativity go so i would no longer attract it in my life. Harmon knew just what it took to transformer his life through positive energy. Now i have the freedom to do so. I would give this book more stars if i could because through Harmon words my life has been changed and will never be the same 🙂✌🏿😁.

I'm Convinced..

I've selected this title seeking understanding in life. I'm only 17 and life gets taught for me rising my family, my little brothers alone because of my parents abuse to drugs. Montice opened another idea to things in my life and I'm grateful to say i have a life. At first, i was down and out until i came across this quotation book full of daily inspiration to help fight against negativity. There's so much of it in our world. But hey, no ones perfect right? That's what Harmon teaches and it's help save my life in so many ways i could right forever. God makes no mistakes, we should all realize we need help even if it's through inspirational words. For that I'm Convinced Harmon was sent to save Us!
